The 16 students from Ball State Sports Link have started filming for the 2024 project, while also enjoying many of the sights and sounds in and near Cardiff.
The trip started with a walking tour of Cardiff, plus tours of BBC Wales, Cardiff Castle and Principality Stadium.
On the Cardiff Met campus, the students met Olympic Gold Champion and Welsh legend Lynn Davies and worked with peers from Met Sport Broadcast on story planning.
A day trip to the Gower Peninsula, a coastline hike and visit to Mumbles started the weekend.
